| Scenario Title: Ship of Drools |
Premise: It's been 39 hours. When you and your entourage first stepped on the 'Jack of Diamonds' you knew that it would be for the long haul. 39 hours of no limit Texas Hold 'em with only two one hour breaks. There were eight of you in the game, now there was only six left. The people at the table almost looked like zombies at this point. Even your lovely escort, what was her name again, looked a bit pasty. Still, this couldn't go on forever. The one that looked like a professor had been the first to go, then the one who could barely speak English. Romanian? Bulgarian? Something like that. Now the playboy from Monacco was getting low on chips. He was bound to be next. Lucky, this boat was international waters. Whoever walked away at the end would be a very rich man.

Scenario Premise: Taking place during the last leg of the “Monster Hunter” arc of the Ahrea Saga novelization (AC 1261), this module will have players assuming the roles of the setting’s iconic heroes Aras, Ryhar, and Selea. This band of adventures and their ally Yunei are attempting to save Aras’s beloved friend Fiva, a wood elf who has been captured by an ancient green dragon named Sepna Austir.
There is no fair fate for the elf if she is left in the care of Sepna, who has captured her in order to use her as a sacrifice to Vas – a legendary black dragon assumed to have been slain decades before. The road is harsh and filled with danger as Sepna has taken the poor elf to his lair deep within the Divide Of The Lands in the continent of Ahrea.
Failure to rescue his dear friend is not an option, at least in Aras’s mind, though what lies ahead may very well be a quick and horrible end for him and his allies…

Unjustly imprisoned you have suffered in the deepest level of their most heinous dungeon for what might be a year or more. The story begins on the third morning with no food. The Athirians have done this before, but three days is unheard of - it appears the jailers have vanished. Running out of rats, escape is your only hope. | Scenario Title: The Shadow Initiative : Secret Weapons |
Scenario Premise: "The Initiative program denies all knowledge of a special Black Ops Team. There is no pardon on file for the super-villain known as the Constrictor. No record of any dealings with the Vietnamese national codenamed Bengal. Tony Stark cannot recall what became of his designs for the Iron Spider armor. And, most importantly, the Superhuman Armed Forces wishes to dispel all rumors of a 199th mutant. We repeat, there is no Mutant Zero. Mutant Zero does NOT exist. That is all." - Henry Peter Geyrich, Secretary of Super Human Forces ...
Now the reality. Your group, the Shadow Initiative, are tasked by Secretary Geyrich to recover the Initiative heroes that were recently captured by a newly warring Hulk. Take on the role of Bengal, Constrictor, Trauma, the Scarlet Spiders (Team Red), or Mutant Zero as you attempt to re-capture the kidnapped Initiative members before the public becomes aware of the situation. Good luck. We of course disavow all knowledge of this mission.
This is a scenario for six characters of low skill level lasting four hours. Beginners welcome. |

Looking for work...the hard way.
Try the KISS: Keep It Simple System™ at one of Polyhedron Games LLC gaming tables using Skype and Roll20.
You walk into a brawl in a tavern and discover it’s simply the “interview” for a spot guarding a caravan. That and two encounters on the road will demonstrate the versatility and ease of use of the system. Character generation takes 7d4 and all activity resolution utilizes 7d6.
You’ll find that it is quite nifty to be able to slip a set of rules, a spell sheet and a monster sheet in your back pocket and play a complete rpg with a few six siders. |

A Night to Remember.
The end of the Victorian Era gave way to Queen Victoria’s son King Edward VII. Known as the Edwardian Period, it was a period of excess surrounded by garden parties, endless balls year-round, and the traditionalism of the rigid class system that was the British Empire.
But that is all about to change.
With the rise of the Middle class and a war, looming on the break, the rigidity of the Aristocracy is being forced to make room for the “New Men” and “New Money” of the age. Add a dash of beautiful women fighting for their rights to be more than just housewives, and you have a recipe for a high-end or even a low-end Fiasco! |
