Merry Christmas from AetherCon

You've entered the dungeon, and slain the treasure goblins that were all dressed in red painted leather armor, trimmed in white fur. Before you is the main chamber, where you see an immense evergreen tree. The goblins have covered it in decorations of colored crystal balls, magical dancing lights, and candy confections of all sorts. A magical spell of some unknown origin is dusting the tree with a light powder of snow. Placed below the tree with care is a dragon horde of boxes wrapped in bright colorful tissue paper, each with a green or red bow. What do you do next?
